CHRISTINA McCOLLUM

Christina McCollum is a practising Solicitor of England and Wales and is also licensed to practice in Cyprus.  She specialises in commercial transactions, finance, contract and corporate law.

Prior to co-founding Antoniou McCollum & Co, she practised law at a leading global law firm in the City of London.

Consistently ranked as a leading Cyprus lawyer by the Legal 500 in banking and finance, corporate law and M&A, Christina McCollum is described in these rankings as "charismatic",  "innovative", "brilliant" and able to "get to the heart of complex matters quickly".

Christina regularly acts for multinational companies in corporate, finance and commercial transactions and has extensive experience in drafting complex contracts.

She obtained her law degree from University College London (UCL) and completed her LPC at the College of Law Moorgate, before entering private practice.

Anastasios A. Antoniou

Anastasios advises multinational corporations and governments on transactional, competition and regulatory matters.

Consistently ranked as the leading Cyprus lawyer by the Legal 500 in EU and Competition Law, he is described in these rankings as a "powerhouse", "immensely experienced" and acclaimed for his "eye for detail".

Anastasios is a member of the European Competition Lawyers Forum. He has co-authored Competition Law in Cyprus (2021; Wolters Kluwer) and is the author of several chapters and journal articles on competition law and EU law. 

Anastasios studied law in the UK and is a Barrister (England and Wales) and Advocate (Cyprus). He previously practised as an associate at a leading law firm and also served as the country law leader of a global firm. 

Anastasios appears as counsel before national and European courts and tribunals.
